When will I receive my order?
Each piece is made entirely by hand to order, therefore they are not ready to ship at the time of ordering.
Manufacturing and shipping times vary depending on the complexity of the jewelry.
You will be able to see an estimated manufacturing time on each product page.
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery is free.
All your orders are sent via Colissimo with signature confirmation and are insured according to their value.
Do you offer all sizes?
Since the manufacturing process is entirely handmade, I can make any size.
If your size is not available among the choices on a product, please feel free to contact me via the contact form to indicate your size.
I could proceed with the manufacture of your jewelry at no extra cost.
My jewelry is not the right size, is there anything you can do?
If your jewelry is not the right size, you can send it back to me and I can resize it free of charge.
This operation is not possible on all models, such as rings with full crimping for example.
Send me a message via the contact form and we'll see together if resizing is possible.
Do you repair jewelry purchased from outside sources?
Absolutely, I can offer repairs on all your gold and platinum jewelry regardless of its origin.
Can I transform/modernize one of my pieces of jewelry?
If you own a piece of jewelry that you would like to transform, it is entirely possible!
